Overview

Unrailed 2: Back on Track is currently in continuous development and became available for purchase on November 7, 2024 as a Steam Early Access title. Throughout the Early Access phase, the game will evolve with more features based on community feedback.

Differences between Unrailed 2: Back on Track and Unrailed! 1

  • A new endless mode offering permanent biome progression.
  • Player abilities (permanent ones as well as additional during a run).
  • Junctions where players choose paths with different risk/reward tradeoffs.
  • Boss levels.
  • More wagons and more upgrade possibilities.
  • More elaborate versus mode with support for 4v4 matchmaking.
  • Expanded online capabilities such as session transferring.
  • Map editor with community sharable maps.
  • Customizable characters.
