A supercharger wagon is a wagon can raise up the efficiency (eg. crafting speed) of nearby wagons. The range of the wagons starts from 1, and +1 per upgrade, up to 3 wagons ahead and 3 wagons behind the supercharger.
It requires irons to operate, and will consume them eventually.
